Week-31

MOTHER:

  • You may find that you are simply uncomfortable. Try walking, yoga, swimming and light exercise to help relieve some of the pain you experience.
  • As your baby drops further into your pelvis, you may need to urinate more often.

BABY:

  • Your baby will continue to mature and develop reserves of body fat.
  • You may notice that your baby is kicking more.
  • Baby’s brain is developing rapidly at this time, and your baby can see and hear.
  • Most internal systems are well developed, but the lungs may still be immature.
  • Fetus is 38 -43 cm in length and weighs 1500 – 2500 gm.
