NAUSEA AND VOMITING
- Eat small and frequent meals
- Just move your limbs and do some exercise before getting out of bed in the morning, Because sudden change of position also induce excessive nausea and vomiting.
- Avoid liquids in empty stomach and Consume dry starch foods such as biscuits, dry toast in the morning you get out of bed

- Eat plenty of carbohydrate-rich foods such as cereal, fruit, bread and rice. They are easy to digest and provide energy

FREQUENCY OF URINATION

It is another troublesome symptom, pronounced during the first trimester. It happens due to the pressure exerted by the growing uterus on bladder. Do not restrict the fluid intake in an effort to decrease the frequency of urination. Increased frequency is normal. Just go away with time.
BREAST TENDERNESS

It is more pronounced during first three months due to the enlargement of breast and colostrum secretion. wearing a good support bra may help you feel more comfort.
FATIGUE

- Drink plenty of oral fluids three to four litre per day
- Avoid latching the doors whenever you feel giddiness
