NEW BORN CARE :
Parental counseling given for how to take care of new born which includes feeding technique , importance of exclusive breast feeding, bathing, skin care , bladder and bowel habits, colic , sleeping pattern.
WELL BABY CARE :
Involves monitoring of head circumference, length , weight. These measures will be plotted on growth chart to determine your baby’s growth. This helps to determine your baby is growing normally and show her growth compare to other children of the same age. Vaccination and evaluation of baby’s development also included.
VACCINATION :
Vaccination is the best way to protect your child against many dangerous diseases like diphtheria, tetanus, meningitis, pneumonia, diarrhea , hepatitis B , chicken pox, rubella, polio , whopping cough , and human papilloma virus. your child should receive all the recommended vaccines by IAP immunization schedule to live a healthy life.
DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT :
It is a process of mapping a child’s performance compared with children of a similar age . We assess , gross motor, fine motor, speech ,language, social ,cognitive, mile stones. We are giving counseling regarding red flag signs. Early intervention Improves outcome.
ADELOSENT COUNSELLING :
Counseling for 9 – 18 yrs regarding personal and social problems, problems of health and physical self esteem, sex and reproductive health problems, home and family related problems.
NUTRITION :
During the growing years between infancy and adolescence , adequate nutrition is at most importance. Your child diet will not only the support their growth and development but also supports their immune system. we will do growth monitoring and assess whether child have growth problems like failure of thrive , over weight , obesity and other potential growth problems.
