We are giving awareness regarding benefits of exercise, pregnant mothers having muscles weakness and tightness in their pregnancy and they are having low back pain. Exercise can help to relieve muscle tension and pain. Breathing exercise can help for pain relief. Ankle toe movements can prevent Ankle swelling for pregnant mothers.
Pregnant Mothers having symptoms of vomiting, muscle pain, low back pain, constipation, cramps, etc To relive those pain pregnant mothers should do the exercises in their pregnancy period . Breathing exercise can help you to prevent vomiting and cramps. you can do calf stretching exercises to relieve constipation. regular walking can be done to improve your circulation.
ANTENATAL EXERCISES TEACHING
According to the trimester, we are teaching exercises.
I Trimester :
We are giving counseling and starting with mild exercises like breathing exercises , Ankle toe movement, Neck exercises, Upper limp exercises, these exercise can prevent from muscle tightness and weakness , and we advice pregnant mother to do their normal work, diet and walking.
II Trimester:
We are doing re assessment of exercises, whether mother are doing it correct or not , after this assessment we will teach them next set of exercises like pelvic floor ,Muscle exercises ,Pelvic tilting ,Pelvic bridging , Wall sliding and Hip exercises etc according to their gestational age.
III Trimester :
Reassessment of exercises in III trimester. therapist will teach them some techniques to cope up with labor process, during normal labour we can do breathing exercises , it can relive tension and pain, some proper positioning and relaxing technique can be adviced to the patient , stress ball exercises can relive from tension , during labour we teach some breast feeding techniques & position to maintain posture.
PRE OPERATIVE COUNCELLING
Pre operative counseling for pregnant mothers, how to lye down , how to get up from the bed , how to walk and how to sit in the toilet , it can be adviced from pre- operative counseling and for post natal mothers. we are giving post natal adviced even just before your delivery.
GENERAL PHYSIOTHEREPY FOR PAIN RELIEF AND MUSCLE STRENGTHING :
We are doing general physio for treating pain and improve the muscle strenghth.
